He has Blonde Rooted Hair & Blue Painted Eyes. I have added Lots of pictures so you can see him & his Twin Sister's outfit. Her little outfit has some stains on it but you nay be able to soak it in some woolite & cold water and see if that removes it. But I'm not sure what it is that's on it.
