First & foremost.  We are a dying breed in a world that wants everything cheap & fast.  SORRY, that simply is not us!  We would rather have few sales than others that push high volume.  We want & need our customers to care about communicating, caring about the entire process.  We are not looking for consumers that just want to press buy it now and hope that everything works out just fine.  If it were just one piece of equipment, then fine, all the robotic sellers meet that need.  Yet unless you are the foremost expert in customizing a pro audio system, WHY would you ever simply buy something without spending the time to  let the seller know how you plan to use the system, what you are looking to accomplish.  We are HUMAN and refuse to let the internet remove the heart from the sale.  Yes, that makes us rare, but I did not serve this country to defend it's freedoms only to have the internet take the freedom of real customer service and tell us how to sell product.  Ya see, that's the problem, have you noticed how the internet forces you down a path to find the cheapest price and make everything automated?  If you care, DON'T RUSH, take your time communicating with us and monitor your emails so that we can truly help you pick the system that fits YOUR needs, NOT what the industry is shoving down your throat!             If you have actually read this far, then you just might be the customer we are looking to have!
WHO IS THIS SYSTEM FOR
This system is perfect for someone who wants to start doing karaoke shows at your average bars, private parties, etc.  To be able to hook up their own laptop and away you go.  To be able to meet this price range and never be embarrassed as your system will sound great for an entry level pro audio system.  When you are online, you will see hundreds of different amps, speakers, microphones and most consumers cannot tell the real difference.  It's all about balancing the system out to make sense.  Example;  I have seen consumers pick up an all in one system for 99.00 (like what you see in the box stores for kids).  Then they are willing to pay for a microphone.  To us, that is a big waste of money because the quality of the core component is not good enough to justify spending more on the mic.  That's another thing you will see online, sellers tricking you with one great piece of equipment, and then surrounding it with a bunch of substandard items to make it seem like a better system.
Or let's take one of our systems for example;  In our online store, we have another system that just has two powered peavey speakers, a tiny mixer, and two corded microphones.  The price is a little less.  Yet depending upon all your needs, it may actually be the better system for you.  It's not just about how many items, what items, or wireless vs corded mic systems.  It is taking all your wants and needs, budget and then choosing what makes the most sense in our heads to us.
Before the recession, the average sale for a complete entry level professional system was about 00.00.
Then when the recession hit back in 2008, many consumers stayed within the 00-00 range.  Mind you, this is even with the fact that a truly rock solid entry level system should be between ,000-,500.00.  In addition to this, because we are so honest up front about wanting you to hear what you NEED and not WANT.  This is why our levels of quality do not match most others out there claiming something is high quality.  It continually amazes us that sellers claim that cheap systems have outrageous amounts of power/watts, or high quality items.  It simply is NOT true.  Trust me, I have seen 0-0 systems where seller claims it is awesome, blah blah blah.  Does this mean that a customer cannot be happy with that system? NO, but it does mean that as long as you are realistic about getting what you pay for, you can't go wrong.  Example;  We have a system in our store that is just under 0.  It is great for vfw halls, small events and meets a budget and a certain need.  Yet we will even tell you that as long as you do simple math, you know that you can only get so much at each price point.  Here again, does this mean that someone can't be happy getting something cheaper, nope. In fact, I remember a woman that called and said "I want a top of the line system"  then proceeded to say "My budget is ,600."  In the real world, those two comments do not belong together.  Yet we spent time to customize a system to fit her budget and she was more than happy with the system, yet it was FAR from top of the line.  This is why it is so important to spend time allowing us to understand your needs better before you purchase.
